Most of your questions can be answered by reviewing the following:

1. Please view the submission deadlines on the course calendar. Coursework must be received on or before the submission date. Coursework received after the date will be submitted at the next deadline.

2. We post your grade on your order after it is scored. Before e-mailing to inquire about your grade, please view your order. Directions for accessing orders and printing receipts are under 'Getting Started" on the website (see #4 under Getting Started).

3. Due to the volume, it is difficult for us to confirm receipt of your coursework, since it is often in-process and being scored. Please view your order and inquire after one week.

4. Although there are exceptions, three essays are required for a five-credit course. Two essays are required for a 3-credit course. One essay is required for a one-credit course. These essay requirements apply to courses ordered after March 15, 2008.

5. You must send transcript requests directly to SPU, not to ArmchairEd. Put in-process courses in the "hold" box.

6. Books must be ordered separately. Links to the publisher are with each course, or you can use Amazon.

7. If you want mid-quarter processing, you need to make a specific request, with timeline and credit card information for the $15 fee. We no longer have credit card information on orders.
