Quarter Submission Deadlines:
Seattle Pacific University
Grades will be submitted to Seattle Pacific University on the 15th of every month, except for August 31st . Coursework received on before the 15th of every month will be processed for that deadline. 60 total graduate level credits may be taken through Seattle Pacific University per academic year,September 1 to August 31.
Students can expect to receive mailed grades from SPU within 4 weeks of the submission deadline. Coursework will not be scored until payment is received.
ArmchairEd charges $15 for expedited processing.
Grades mailed by Seattle Pacific University.
Transcripts must be ordered directly from the university.
Coursework received after each monthly deadline will be processed for the next deadline. ArmchairEd charges $15 for expedited processing. Please use the expedited processing form to submit a request. Allow seven days for processing.
Quarter to Semester Conversion:
1 quarter credit = 2/3 semester credit
3 quarter credits = 2 semester credits
5 quarter credits = 3.3 semester credits
