Transcripts & Grades

Graduate credits are offered for grade or as Pass/Fail.

For grade and transcript information, click on the SPU logo. Students taking graduate coursework are asked to complete evaluations. You may download an evaluation form by going to the SPU site. 

SPU grades are mailed to students 4 weeks after the end of each submission deadline. Transcripts must be ordered directly from the university. ArmchairEd will charge a $15 processing fee for grades that need to be processed during the quarter. Mid-quarter processing requests must be made in writing (mail or fax-in ok), with either payment or permission to charge credit cards $15. Allow seven days for mid-quarter processing.
